Ernst & Young, one of the largest professional services networks in the world, chose to relocate its Leeds Office into the new No. 12 Wellington Place building, occupying 25,000sqft. Named as one of the UK’s most sustainable office buildings, the move shows the company’s investment into growing its Yorkshire business, which now employs over 480 people.

Fuse was appointed by long-term collaborators, Overbury, to provide design and technical support from RIBA Work Stage 2 to 5. Fuse’s work included, in-house visuals, sample boards and presentations through to construction detail drawings and specifications. Fuse provided full design co-ordination through our Lead Designer role.

Delivering this complex project required a strong collaborative approach working with an excellent project team: Overbury – Client / Main Contractor, ID:SR Interior Concept, Arup – MEP, Mace – Project Management & Cost Consultant.
