The Fuse appointment was to deliver the concept provided by Blockwork for this new riverside restaurant. Entering an empty shell Fuse set about creating both internal and external spaces tackling the various issues of noise and odour due to the residential accommodation located directly above. The restaurant compromises of 175 covers with brick and textured glass panels used to break down the area into more intimate spaces, whilst also providing framed views through to the kitchen or display pieces.

The project was delivered on site in 9 weeks.
