We are committed to great design of course. Passionate, naturally. Which design practice would say otherwise? We hope that our portfolio of award-winning projects speaks for itself in that regard. We are committed to doing everything possible to make every project even better than the last one. We are also absolutely committed to providing exemplary client service: that is the basis of long and successful relationships with our clients. Those relationships are the reason we were able to establish Fuse with a very healthy workload from the very first day of business.and our client relationships will be the foundation of our future success.

With very few exceptions, phone calls and emails can reach us whenever we are awake. More importantly, we will respond. Working with clients in multiple time zones over many years has taught us that always being available is one of the most valuable services we can provide to a client. In construction, delays cost money and when we pupport to be an agile and responsive team, we mean to be just that.

Our team has developed genuine, industry-leading expertise in a number of specialist sectors and these are reflected in the diversity of our portfolio. This knowledge and hands-on approach from the practice’s principals ensures our clients receive advice with authority that enables informed decision making; often critical at the key early stages of a project. Our experience encompasses best practice and the latest in market trends so that the most efficient and economic design solutions can be delivered.

We listen to what our clients are saying. Again that sounds obvious but not everybody does it. We aspire to be respected and trusted advisors to all our clients; giving straight-forward, honest advice, even when it is not always the answer our clients expect to receive. Given the often sensitive nature of commercial projects, particularly at the earliest stages, we can also be discreet “sounding boards” for clients, providing informed, clear opinions, derived from a wealth of collective experience.

We strive for excellence in design in all projects but not at the expense of our clients’ pockets. We inhabit the real world and are proud that schemes we work on generally become realized, rather than consigned to the Sketchbook forever. We take a pragmatic approach into all that we do; combining our design flair with commercial nous; recognizing that most buildings are erected for commercial not philanthropic reasons.
Fuse: Self-effacing
Yes, we know it is not very self-effacing to say that we are; especially on a page where we are blowing our own trumpet so hard but it is important to us that Fuse remains an arrogance-free zone. Just because there are a lot of talented people around, does not mean that there have to be any over-sized egos!
Taking our work very seriously does not mean that we take ourselves too seriously. We come to work to create great architecture and interiors and believe the process should be a hugely enjoyable experience for everyone. Working with us usually involves a lot of laughter – just ask our friends in the industry.
