Masterplanning

The principals at Fuse have been responsible for leading the design of a number of very large masterplanning and urban design projects throughout the UK. As well as strong design skills, these projects generally require patience, political nous and a thorough understanding of site infrastructure and the economics of development. The principals at Fuse combine all these qualities with enthusiasm and an ability to cajole the very best from experienced design teams. Having delivered several notable projects, usually with complex physical site or planning conditions, the principals are able to talk with authority and make informed decisions early on in the design process. It is often at the earliest stages of major projects that the initial decisions have the greatest economic bearing on projects which can often take a decade or more to deliver. Experience counts.
