Of course, many of our projects are subject to confidentiality until they are firmly within the public domain but where we have the agreement of the client, we will try to preview our forthcoming projects on these pages.

Fuse has been appointed by Projective Limited to design their new 3,500 sqft office. Fuse brief is to improve the internal environment for both users and visitors whilst showcasing the company’s corporate identity and global projects.

Eden Square, Urmston

careyjones was appointed by Ask to submit a revised Planning Application for the final phase of the development in Urmston. Simon Clarke led the careyjones team which achieved Planning Approval in October 2010 for the revised proposals. The scheme proposes three individual retail units totalling 37,000sqft of space with 12 two bedroom apartments and one duplex apartment above. Works are due to start on site in early Spring 2011 where Fuse will deliver the scheme as a sub-consultant to careyjones.
